The Challenge Modules
The Mindfulness Challenge includes 6 fantastic modules to bring about increased health, happiness and harmony within your daily life over the Christmas and New Year period.
Complete one module per day and finish the entire program in a week, OR repeat the same module activities every day in the same week, then move onto the next module in week 2, etc. taking a total of 6 weeks to complete the program.
We recommend the latter for more effective and lasting results, and enhanced lifestyle sustainability, but it is your call!
Each module contains...
1. A training video (watch or listen, 30mins-60mins).
2. A mindfulness activity PDF document.
3. Some modules also include a short audio exercise.
